Commerce data, fully managed.
Laplace collects, connects and automates your scattered commerce data — orders, inventory, CS and reviews — so you can act on it in near real time.
Every channel in one place, from your own storefront to global marketplaces
Time that should go to strategy is going to data prep.
As SKUs and channels multiply, every team downloads the same data and reapplies the same formulas each day. The decisions that matter get pushed to the end of the list.
Spreadsheets that never agree
Your team downloads Shopify, Amazon and Qoo10 exports separately and pastes them into their own workbooks. The numbers never match.
Inventory errors from manual entry
Miss one inbound entry and you end up with stockouts or overstock. Your best-seller sells out before anyone notices.
Half a day lost to a single report
Building the weekly report takes half a working day. The real decisions — what to push, what to stop — still come down to gut feel.
More people touch the data. Fewer decisions come from it.
Not a dashboard tool. A managed service with a dedicated team.
The Laplace team designs, builds and runs your data pipelines. Five core capabilities turn scattered data into one trusted flow.
Automated API data collection
We replace manual downloads and VLOOKUPs with automated API pipelines. Data arrives standardized and validated, and no one has to touch a spreadsheet.
- API connections, auto-collection and validation
- Amazon, Shopline, Qoo10, TikTok Shop and more
- USD, SGD and JPY converted to one currency automatically
Inbound, outbound and inventory in near real time
Inbound, outbound and on-hand stock sit in one view, updated in near real time. Spot stockout and overstock risk before it costs you.
- On-hand stock vs. safety stock at a glance
- Days until stockout, plus near-stockout alerts
- Inbound and outbound in one synced flow
P&L that reflects actual costs
Channel fees, logistics, influencer and ad costs, and operating expenses are all included, so the operating profit you see matches what you actually earn.
- COGS, channel fees and logistics included
- Influencer ad costs and operating expenses included
- Management and accounting views side by side
Factor in channel fees, logistics, influencer ad costs and operating expenses to see what you really earn. Switch views to compare.
Ontology-based data relationships
An ontology is a map of how your data connects. We define how products, channels, customers, inventory and ads relate, so AI can answer with evidence instead of guesses.
- 14 data types connected: product, channel, customer, inventory, reviews, ads, ledger, tax, OpEx, global and more
- AI shows its reasoning, not just a number
- Accurate analysis even across a large SKU catalog
CS and reviews, linked to products
Support tickets and product reviews are linked to specific SKUs and customers, so you see how each product really performs.
- Star ratings, keywords and ticket types linked to products
- Early warning when complaint keywords spike for a SKU
- Analyzed alongside repeat purchases, exchanges and returns
From collection to AI analysis in 4 steps
The Laplace team designs and runs every stage, from the moment data arrives to the moment it answers a question.
Real commerce questions, answered with data
Product planning, logistics and marketing: the decisions your team makes every day, backed by data.
Product planning
- Which products drive repeat purchases
- Where each product's customers buy
- Rising and declining SKUs
- SKUs to consider discontinuing
Logistics & inventory
- Low-stock and overstocked SKUs
- Automatic near-stockout tracking
- SKU-level alerts before stockouts
- Safety stock analysis
Marketing
- Channel and campaign efficiency
- True P&L after ad spend
- Influencer ROI in one place
- Ad efficiency by product, on contribution margin
Built for brands that already know the value of data
Multi-channel, multi-SKU brands
Selling on Shopify, Amazon, Shopline and global marketplaces with a growing SKU count that makes manual data work impractical.
Companies building an in-house data or AI team
You want decisions driven by data but don't have the bandwidth to build and maintain the pipelines yourselves.
Teams that each keep their own numbers
Marketing, ops and finance keep separate spreadsheets and report different numbers for the same week.
Laplace stays with you from onboarding through ongoing operations.

Analytics Pro aims to replace every recurring manual download and spreadsheet formula with automated API pipelines. A few edge cases still need human review, and Laplace designs each pipeline to keep that work to a minimum.
Onboarding time depends on how many channels you sell on and how complex your data is. Laplace builds the core pipeline first and expands from there, and confirms an exact timeline during the initial consultation.
Analytics Pro connects via API to Shopify, Amazon, Shopline, Qoo10 and other global marketplaces, as well as ERP and WMS systems. Channels without a standard API are reviewed case by case.
Laplace stores customer data with access controls that keep each tenant isolated. Your security requirements are reviewed together with the Laplace team during onboarding.
Analytics Pro works alongside your BI tool rather than replacing it. It isn't a dashboard tool — it's a managed service that handles data collection, cleaning and structuring upstream, then feeds your existing BI tool consistent, reliable data.
